Nokia N81 8GB starts shipping

Nokia has announced the global availability of Nokia N81 and Nokia N81 8GB today. Nokia N81 and Nokia N81 8GB are designed for the best in music and gaming pleasure, these devices also come with dedicated music and game keys, 3.5 mm headphone connector and 3G and WLAN connectivity. The Nokia N81 multimedia mobile smartphone is a true mobile entertainment that fits your palm. The Nokia N81 smartphone based on Symbian OS 9.2, boasts quad-band GSM/EDGE and UMTS, a 2.4-inch TFT display with QVGA resolution, stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with UPnP (Universal Plug and Play).

The Nokia N81 comes with a mciroSD slot and a 1GB or 2GB microSD card in the retail package, while the Nokia N81 8GB comes with 8GB of internal storage. Both these Nokia Nseries smartphone will have 2Mpix cameras with flash (without auto focus) and a secondary CIF camera for video calls.
